Zabutons are very versatile yoga props which can be used to assist a shoulder stand or folded in half and used as a bolster. Our 100% Cotton Zabuton Meditation Cushion is 36” long by 28” wide by 3” tall. They are traditionally used as floor pillows in conjunction with a zafu to prolong time spent meditating. This dense, flat pillow is stuffed with natural cotton batting so it’s soft and comfortable. The outer zippered pillow cases are also made from 100% cotton which makes them easy to remove or replace and is machine washable.
Care Instructions:
Cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Line dry.
Core: Spot clean only with mild detergent.
