Use this 15” x 6” cushion for traditional meditation, or to raise the hips for cross-legged sitting positions. The 100% cotton crescent-shaped meditation pillow has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one side, so you can position it quickly underneath you.
Peek between the tailored pleats of this crescent zafu pillow, and you’ll find a small zippered opening, allowing you to remove additional cotton badding as desired. This meditation pillow allows you to adjust pillow height and firmness by adding or removing the cotton stuffing.
