A Round Cotton Zafu Meditation Cushion is an essential yoga accessory for your home practice. Use this 15?diameter cushion for traditional meditation, or to raise the hips for cross-legged sitting positions. The 100% cotton round zafu meditation pillow has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one side, so you can position it quickly underneath you. The zafu, which originated long ago in Japan, and made popular in China, was originally filled with cattail. Nowadays, this style pillow is typically stuffed with 100% natural cotton. The filling is densely packed to provide a solid cushion, and yet very soft. Look between the tailored pleats of this handsome zafu pillow and you?l find a small zippered opening, so you can remove the cover for laundering. You can also adjust the amount of stuffing in each zafu, to adjust the pillow height and firmness. You may also choose the pillow shape (round, crescent or rectangle) and outside covering (cotton or silk) along with your choice of classic colors.
