12” Foam Muscle Roller
$11.99
A Foam Roller is a yoga prop, Pilates prop, and massage tool — as well as a physical therapy tool. In yoga and Pilates, it is used to support the back and other body parts to deepen a stretch or support the body (i.e. the back) to make certain asanas more comfortable. For athletes, foam rollers can be used to sooth sore muscles through deep tissue (myofascial) release. For example, a runner may use a foam roller under the calf; propped up by her hands, she would slowly move her lower leg over the roller as she rotates the leg in different positions. These types of PT applications expedite injury time. Zetakron’ 12 inch Foam Roller is made of dense foam. They are slightly textured to prevent slippage and incredibly lightweight at 6 ounces. We also offer 36 inch and half moon rollers.
